I don’t think we need a flood disclosure form with every rental unless the property is in a flood zone or the homeowner carries flood insurance. 这是一张多余的纸.

I was hoping to understand the regulations regarding application fees charged to applicants, as it appears that many management companies are in the business of collecting high, 申请费不予退还. A second and subsequent application shouldn’t be charged until the first has been rejected.

I recently created a response email to internet leads with a statement of whether or not the rental property was a good financial fit for them.
